Here's Charlotte decked out for Spring. She's concentrating hard on something. This is an 11x14" Prismacolor Pencil Painting on 4 ply rag mat board. I decided to leave my signature somewhat hidden in the highlighted lawn. I am not a fan of tight signatures. I do however, sometimes incorporate it in a way that embellishes the art. It just depends on the image. On some of my bolder more abstract paintings, I'll sign with a big fat artstix. On smaller, tighter pieces, I might disguise the signature so you can hardly find it. La-di-da the best part about being an artist is I do what I please:)
