This is one of my favorite colored pencil pieces. It is monochromatic, using Prismacolor Pencils French Grays on rag mat board. It is big, 26 x29," challenging balance and negative space. It is simple, stripped down with just the right amount of clean line. It is symbolic from head to toe, leaving the viewer unsettled. Anubis is weighing truth without prejudice. What will she decide?
