Hidden Pond

November 30, 2020

It’s time to finish up my Christmas commissions and start thinking about competitions. This year I would like to come up with something technically challenging, but also meaningful. With Covid, everything is masked. I would rather take my viewers away from this nightmare, but where and how? I keep coming back to this late pond lily that I found blooming during the last weeks of summer. Should I add a frog, a Grebe, an old boot? The thing is, I love wildlife. Yes, I could add a human but honestly one doesn’t belong here..
